Bankstone takes advantage of Out of Hours from All Fleet Services

Accident management company Bankstone Advantage has signed an agreement with All Fleet Services to support its Out of Hours service. The arrangement aims to enhance Bankstone Advantage’s customer service and safeguard its brand experience.

The support provided by All Fleet Services will enable a first call resolution for all driver enquiries, ensuring a central point of contact is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Nick Williams, managing director, Bankstone Advantage, said: “All Fleet Services’ dedicated technology enables Bankstone Advantage to make informed business decisions when dealing with customers. Its ongoing notifications and scheduled management reports also provide valuable business intelligence, ensuring superb customer service is maintained.”

Dave Scobie, managing director of All Fleet Services, added: “AFS’ commitment is to have a constant focus on technology and IT solutions that are tailored to support call centre activity. This will ensure Bankstone Advantage remains market leader in its key area of business and has the ability to deliver excellent service to its clients.”
