WNS Assistance has been awarded the contact for the accident management of Galliford Try plc’s UK fleet of over 1,000 vehicles.

The contract will require WNSA to support Galliford Try’s fleet with a full accident management service including FNOL, roadside recovery, replacement vehicle facility, as well as repair management via a WNSA managed network of more than 400 approved repairers.

Further benefits include uninsured loss recovery, personal injury services and access to a real-time, web-based application that offers on-demand driver risk, repair management and ULR reporting as standard.

WNSA won the three year fleet management contract following competitive market benchmarking.

Managing director of WNS Assistance, Tim Rankin, said ‘‘WNSA are delighted to welcome one of the UK’s leading house building and construction groups, Galliford Try, as a new client. We feel that a number of our core services and capabilities, such as our strategically placed repairer network which facilitates national coverage along with capacity, will greatly complement the requirements of Galliford Try’s large fleet of company cars and LCVs.’’

He went onto explain that ‘‘WNSA’s bespoke processes and technology coupled with proven driver satisfaction ratings enable us to deliver service stability whilst helping to protect the bottom line of our fleet clients in a turbulent financial climate’’.
