Five staff members at Fleet Alliance have raised over £1350 for a cancer charity after parachuting from more than 10,000 feet.

The death-defying charity high dive was in aid of Maggie’s Cancer Care Centres and swells the amount the company has raised for the charity this year to over £13,350.

Jenny McRobb, from sales support, said: “We decided to do the jump because we admire all the work that Maggie’s does and we wanted to contribute to this, whilst at the same time setting ourselves a personal challenge.”

Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown praised the efforts of the five. “They are to be applauded for the bravery and initiative they have shown in this fantastic fund-raising effort for Maggie’s Cancer Care centres.”
