Michelin picked up the ‘Industry Advertising Campaign’ award and the ‘Product Innovation’ award at this year’s Tyre and Fast-Fit (TAFF) awards.
The ‘Industry Advertising Campaign’ category showcases the best in the creativity and Michelin was chosen as the winner for its ‘Right Tyre Changes Everything’ campaign.
The campaign, which has been running for several years with a different emphasis each year, focused on safety showcasing the Michelin Primacy 3 tyre.
Michelin won the ‘Product Innovation’ award for its Energy Saver + tyre.
Tests on the tyre showed it reduces fuel consumption by 200 litres for every 45,000 kilometres travelled and, on average, it provided 9,300 kilometres more than competitive premium tyres.
