Tyrenet UK and Profile Tyrecentre have announced their intention to launch the Profile Tyrecentre brand and concept in the UK.

The new company will start trading on January 1, 2013, and will be based at the Liverpool offices of Tyrenet UK.

It will build on the existing 650 points of sale in the network, to add an additional 50 sites, making Profile Tyrecentre UK the biggest fleet network provider in the UK

The initial focus will be on providing independent and high quality tyre services to leasing and rental companies.

Tyrenet UK and Profile Tyrecentre will launch the joint venture in the coming weeks and aim to capitalise on their commercial management, IT and marketing expertise.

This combined with the fleet customer and business partner portfolio of The Alwaysbemobile Company – owner of Profile Tyrecentre – will enable it to offer a “total business solution”.

The Alwaysbemobile Company is an independent multi-brand automotive group in Europe. Profile Tyrecentre, James Auto and Service, Autoglaz and AH Car Repair are the main brands of the company.

It has more than 300 outlets in the Benelux region, where it is a major tyre service provider for commercial vehicles and passenger cars.

It says its success is based on working only with high quality independent entrepreneurs in a franchise network.

Tyrenet and Profile Tyrecentre have been working together with others in the Ten group, which was formed by some of Europe’s most influential independent tyre dealer networks.

Mike Riley, managing director of Tyrenet UK and vice president of Ten, says that Profile Tyrecentre UK has evolved from building close working relationships with its partners in Ten.
