Fleet news logo

CTEK has launched the CTEK 12V Battery Analyzer that tests the condition of all types of 12V lead-acid batteries, and provides an indication of any action that is required. The CTEK 12V Battery Analyzer provides workshops with an entry into professional, high accuracy, conductance testing which is faster, safer and far more accurate than traditional load testing methods.

Peter White, category manager at CTEK said “Feedback from technicians was that they wanted a cost effective battery analyzer that would provide a quick and initial indication as to the state of battery charge and the most appropriate course of action – it needed to be easy to use and priced at a level that would enable workshops to equip each bay. The CTEK 12V Battery Analyzer, with its state of the art electronics platform, guarantees fast and accurate results and also has a competitive SRP of £85.00+VAT

This is an accessory I believe came at just about the right time even though I had recently been "talked" into in replacing my car battery when I later found out, I need not have to do so!!! --- Aaaarghhhh :( I now have an extra, complete new 77Amp car battery as well as my current battery that received a boost and reconditioned life at 100%, fortunately the entire service at the Dealer-garage was free but I had to buy a replacement battery from the AA serviceman thinking his standard, less technical diagnose unit was after all, inadequately inaccurate... :( A lesson to learn a new battery gain as well but I'm now intetrested in getting this Ctek healer, preventor and analyzer unit soon!!!
