Nationwide launches new website

Nationwide Accident Repairs has launched its new website focusing on assisting customers at every step of the repair process, whether they require an address of their nearest repair centre, need an estimate for the repair of a scratch or dent, want to request a quote for glass repair or replacement, or need to speak to someone about accident management for their fleet, the new website accommodates.

The website is only one part of Nationwide’s technology programme, as chief executive Michael Wilmshurst explains “We have invested significantly in IT over the last three years, to develop industry leading IT platforms that integrate across all parts of the business. We are now in a position to take our integrated technology to the next level, and providing an online platform that enables online estimating, two-way communications and real-time vehicle repair status all in one place is one step further in our programme. A programme which combines customer service and the online space, results of which can already be seen through our position as the highest rated UK Accident Repair company on the review centre, with a 4.3 star rating.”
