Mercedes-Benz re-launches service contracts

Mercedes-Benz has launched its new Truck Service Contracts; a revised and re-priced programme.

With the new packages, Actros, Axor and Atego vehicles could cost a customer up to 15% less to maintain than before.

The new Service Contracts come as: Complete, a fully comprehensive maintenance and repair offer; and Managed Service, which looks after the routine costs such as servicing and inspections.

James Ostridge, service contracts manager at Mercedes-Benz UK, said: “We are passionate about using Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts and specialist trained technicians to maintain our vehicles, but also to make this as affordable as we can for as many customers as possible. Therefore we have relaunched our Service Contracts, making the packages better value and with the two options available, there is coverage to suit all our customers.

“With all of our vehicles, the quality and engineering excellence mean we can offer comprehensive coverage at affordable prices. This is especially true for the New Actros, which, due to increased service intervals and development testing, will be even more cost effective for customers to maintain when compared with the current Actros.

“We are delighted to be launching our new Service Contracts and look forward to maintaining even more commercial vehicles in 2012.”
