Pendragon Contracts is expanding its partnership with Fleet Assist to include the delivery of its service booking facility.

The move means that Fleet Assist, in addition to maintaining Pendragon Contracts’ service network, will now also control service bookings into those dealers. Tying the two facilities together in this way will generate significant operational benefits for fleet customers.

Fleet Assist will be communicating with drivers that require a service, MOT or where the vehicle is the subject of a manufacturer recall. All bookings will be taken and confirmed within 24 hours of initial contact with the driver.

John Wardle, operations director at Pendragon Contracts, says: “The personal service we provide to our customers is critical and we are confident Fleet Assist will ensure that all our drivers receive a proactive, professional and effective booking procedure. This contract is a natural extension of our three year association with the company and we are looking forward to offering our customers a ‘concierge’ service booking facility supported by impressive processes and visible management reports.”
