National Car Rental offers faster access to rates and availability

National Car Rental is aiming to help its corporate customers enjoy a quicker and easier reservation and rental experience across its EMEA network.

In a new partnership with KDS, one of the leading corporate booking tools in Europe, a direct XML connection has been created to the National Car Rental reservation system.

With a focus on convenience this will enable business travellers to reserve the vehicle of their choice much quicker than before.

“Our goal is to make the car rental experience an effortless, uncomplicated part of the business trip” explained Neil Summerville, EMEA franchising director for National Car Rental.

“With this new development, our corporate customers will see significant improvements in the speed of accessing rates and vehicle availability as well as enhanced functionality of existing products, such as our e-vouchers.

“With many multinational corporate customers already using KDS for other aspects of travel management, we believe this relationship will give our customers a crucial advantage. Plus the partnership with KDS means we will be able to enhance our product offering further in the coming months.”
