CLM associate director, Rob Wentworth James, is cycling a 175 miles non-stop from London to Paris in 24 hours on July 4 to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

Wentworth-James, head of sales and marketing at the Newport Pagnell based fleet management company which looks after around 19,000 vehicles on behalf of corporate customers, hopes to raise several thousand pounds for the heart charity, famous for its work in fighting heart disease.

“The cause is very dear to me as earlier this year a much loved uncle died of a massive heart rupture at the relatively young age of 66. I would like to raise as much money as I can for a charity that does such great work for those suffering from heart failure and heart disease,” said Wentworth-James.

“I would like to thank everyone who have so far made or pledged donations to what I believe is a very worthy cause."
