Two new summer offers have been made available on the 2012 Fiat Punto, the company has just announced.

Under the marketing campaign ‘Let’s get straight to the Punto’, most versions of the supermini qualify for money-saving deals, which run until the end of September. The two main offers are:

On Easy, GBT and TwinAir versions: £1000 off the list price, plus a Brio pack of high value extra equipment worth £1090 (£1035 on TwinAir versions), and the option to take the car under Personal Contract Hire for £129 a month, after an initial rental payment. These models already come with 15-inch alloy wheels, five airbags and a leather steering wheel (not TwinAir) as standard.

The Brio pack includes: Blue&Me infotainment system, rear parking sensors, adaptive cornering foglights, climate control and cruise control. As TwinAir already has cornering foglights as standard it gets a leather steering wheel and gearknob instead.

On 1.2-litre Pop versions: a £1400 customer saving. The car already gets electric front windows, power steering, remote central locking and a 40/60 split rear seat as standard.

List prices (before offers) start at £9900 (OTR) for the 1.2 Pop 8-valve 69hp rising to £15,600 (OTR) for the 1.3 Lounge MultiJet 85hp.
