FN50 Awards celebrate customer service in the leasing industry

Leasing companies were asked to submit entries for the three customer service awards, nominating individuals and teams who exemplify why their company excels in customer service.

Patrick McGillycuddy, head of fleet sales at the FN50 headline sponsor Skoda UK presented each of the winners with their trophies.

Customer service award – rising star shortlist

Winner: Rachel Whelton, Lex Autolease

Rachel is at the starting point of her career but has already exceeded expectations and given a clear indication that she is destined for great things in this industry.

Her manager describes her as a “real success story” pointing to her “passion for customer service and leadership” with a “clear focus on helping people to develop”.

Charlie winner has achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction at her business with an incredible 97% satisfaction rate and a +100 score in terms of customer advocacy.

Her manager says she provides fleet customers with “thought leadership and powerful advice”.

  • Lex Autolease AXA account team
  • Lombard Vehicle Solutions customer service team
  • Ogilvie Fleet disposals team
  • SHB maintenance and compliance team

Winner: Ogilvie Fleet disposals team

The Ogilvie disposals team stood out for the judges. But more importantly, they also stood out for their customers.
