The Leasing Foundation has announced the appointment of 25 people to its fellowship.

They come from across Europe and from organisations including PWC, Xerox Financial Services, Arlingclose, Société Générale, Lombard, Pitney Bowes, AGFA, Hitatchi Capital, GE, and PWC.

"We are delighted to welcome these exceptional individuals to the Leasing Foundation,” said Lindsay Town, one of the founding fellows of the Leasing Foundation.

“Not only do they represent the leading organisations in the industry, but are the leading thinkers in our industry.

“We know that the foundation will benefit from their support and advice.”

The new fellows join the almost 50 founding governors and founding fellows who have already offered their support to the foundation.

Paul Bartley, one of the founding fellows helping manage the new fellowship process, said: "We are aiming to ensure that the Foundation has a consistently high calibre of fellows and these first fellows set the bar high.

“We look forward to inviting and receiving expressions of interest from more of the many exceptional individuals in our industry.”

The mission of the Leasing Foundation is to support the leasing and asset finance industry by providing focus and organisation for charitable activities, by performing rigorous, challenging and relevant research in areas that impact the industry and its future, and by seeking opportunities to sustain the industry by developing people in the industry.

The foundation is not a lobbying body or a trade association.
