Aston Barclay’s Prees Heath centre in Shropshire has secured a solus deal to handle the disposal and remarketing requirements of Chapelhouse Motor Group, the multi-franchised dealer group based in
Merseyside.

In order to successfully fulfil its commitments to Chapelhouse, Aston Barclay has moved the start time of the sale forward by 30 minutes and Chapelhouse will be the first seller to take advantage of Aston Barclay’s
new Mobile Valuation Tool, allowing Chapelhouse  branches access to accurate, damage adjusted valuations and allowing them to allocate vehicles to the auction centre to arrange collection.

Speaking of the new partnership, Aston Barclay business development drector Craig Welborn said: "With the
new services that we are able to bring to Chapelhouse, such as the Valuation Tool, we are confident that Prees Heath will outperform any auction centre in the UK.

"Our Thursday sale has an established reputation for choice with our buyers and a proven track record of great results for our sellers. These things put together and coupled with our hunger for success lay the foundations for a fantastic business partnership."

Chris Layton group operations manager of Chapelhouse said: "Our YTD performance for both new and
used car retail sales has produced a significant growth of over 28% year on year. This growth has naturally
increased the number of trade vehicles we need to dispose of.

"It is important our remarketing partner can manage the increased volume and deliver industry leading results. Through a robust selection process, we have found a partner that not only delivers the sales performance but first class service as well."
