Optimum Fleet Management has announced a new five year fleet services contract with total international facilities management provider OCS Group.

Following a review of their current fleet service delivery, OCS will outsource vehicle sourcing, driver support and back office operations for its UK business to Optimum. The outsourcing arrangement includes a dedicated driver help line and use of Optimum’s bespoke fleet technology platform.

Optimum will manage the entire OCS vehicle fleet, the majority being commercial units. OCS will leverage Optimum’s specialist fleet team and wider pool of over 60 procurement professionals to improve fleet efficiency and update procurement processes. Optimum will also manage supplier reporting and contract management.
