ALPS partners Broker Network in three-year deal

Broker Network & Countrywide has partnered with motor claims specialist and legal expenses provider Auto Legal Protection Services (ALPS) to deliver a range of products and services to its members.

The three-year deal includes motor legal expenses, motor claims handling, road rescue, motor excess protection and a guaranteed hire vehicle product – Auto Replace.

Dene Smith, insurer relations director at Broker Network stressed the importance of finding the right partner.

He said: “Naturally we have a duty to our members in appointing a company who have a commitment to ensuring that they deliver the highest levels of service to clients.

“We spoke to a number of different providers before arriving at our decision and the existing support of our members was a critical factor in choosing ALPS.”

ALPS managing director Lee Riley (pictured) said: “For many years we have enjoyed an excellent relationship with network members throughout the whole of the UK.

“As a network which listens to its member base, Broker Network & Countrywide have taken on board the feedback of their members and we are naturally delighted to be able to play an important role in assisting the growth of the members through our range of products and services at such a critical time in the motor market.”
