Service, maintenance and repair platform Athoris has grown rapidly since its launch in France.

The software has assisted in processing the thousands of service, maintenance and repair activities that are needed to keep vehicles fleets operating efficiently.

After an extensive pilot with two of the country’s major leasing companies and Renault, the platform has now seen over 40,000 transactions worth 12 million Euros successfully processed.

Currently there are nearly 500 Renault franchised dealers now registered on the platform and this is set to grow to over 3000 by the end of the year.

Successful testing has also now been completed with 3 more major manufacturers and further Leasing Companies are also preparing to join.

One of the significant enhancements is the integration work that has been done to enable repairers to seamlessly create work orders without the need to double key.

In addition, the higher levels of automatic authorization are being achieved as a result of the sophisticated rule engine and data integration. This means that leasing companies are rapidly achieving considerable efficiency savings. This is also helping to reduce disputes between repairers and leasing companies and the wholesale savings in administration of invoice processing.

“The Athoris platform is proving to be one of the most significant developments in the fleet industry”, said Rob Whalley, commercial director.

The platform will also be adding independent repairers to its network for such items as tyres in line with Leasing Company service requirements.
