Fleet News presented three awards to the contract hire and leasing staff who are offering outstanding customer service as part of its FN50 Dinner earlier this month.
The FN50 leasing companies nominated their individuals and teams who they believe exemplify why their company excels in customer service.
The first customer service award was for the FN50 rising star. The winner was Lex Autolease fleet manager Nicola Lees, with Arval UK senior account manager Georgina Nicks highly commended.
Nicola is at the starting point of her career but has already exceeded expectations and given a clear indication that she is destined for great things in this industry.
The second award was the FN50 Customer Service Award - Individual. Taking the honour was Zenith senior account executive Craig Nathan-Moss, described by his manager as a “breath of fresh air” with an “infectious positive attitude”.
Highly commended in this category was Tom Lander, de-hire manager at Lex Autolease.
The final customer service award is for team of the year. The winning team was the customer services team at Network, the LeasePlan division.
It is a relatively new team but one that is achieving the highest customer satisfaction scores at LeasePlan. Maria Devlin, head of Network Operations, is pictured collecting the award from Skoda UK head of fleet sales Patrick McGillycuddy.
