Automobile Locksmith launches mail order service

Automobile Locksmith has launched a remote key repair service which allows customers to mail their faulty key to the company’s head office, where the repairs will take place before being returned by post.

Fleet customers will find the service useful due to the cost, time and hassle it saves, especially if the car has a spare key which can be used in the interim, according to Automobile Locksmith.

The keys are returned to customers via the secure Royal Mail recorded delivery service free of charge.

The company also offers a no fix-no fee guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

Repairs include re-soldering connections, replacing circuit board components and repairing a number of damages, including that caused by accidental water exposure.

If customers cannot find the exact car model on the Automobile Locksmith's website they are encouraged to telephone as stock is updated on a weekly basis.
