Vehicle tracking and telematics provider Isotrak and Airclic, provider of cloud-based software, will present their integrated portfolio at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show, which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham from Tuesday, April 29 to Thursday, May 1, 2014.

Visitors will learn how the Isotrak-Airclic alliance can provide complementary products that can quickly deliver a compelling return on investment (ROI).

The products  focus on the transportation and logistics, food services and retail distribution industries and optimise mobile fleet and supply chain logistics, helping to reduce shrinkage on delivery, optimise fuel consumption and cut carbon emissions, as well as improve customer service through real-time visibility.

Airclic’s cloud-based Perform products help optimise and automate the flow of goods across the last mile of the mobile supply chain and cross-docking operations – giving logistics professionals much needed visibility and control.

Perform products enable customers in multiple industries to eliminate paper and paper-based processes, record what goods and assets were received, staged, loaded onto a vehicle and delivered, and when – at every delivery point.

The ability to manage exceptions in real-time provides accuracy to the invoice process.

“Through our partnership with Isotrak, enterprises can now have an accurate and real-time view of two critical elements of their business – the vehicle and the product on the vehicle,” said Pol Sweeney, managing director Europe and CTO of Airclic.

“This combination enables accurate asset tracking and cost savings across a wide number of operational areas within the clients’ business, and brings a competitive edge that helps drive business growth and bottom line improvements."
