LeasePlan certified as one of Britain's top employers

LeasePlan has been certified as one of Britain's top employers for for the third consecutive year.

The certification is granted by the CRF Institute, a specialist in the field of international research into HR management and working conditions, and 70 leading UK companies are currently listed as Britain’s Top Employers by the Institute.

The process for being certified includes research into the HR practices and the employee offerings of an organisation. These include primary and secondary benefits, training, career development and workplace culture.

Steve Moss, HR director at LeasePlan UK, said: "We're delighted to be certified as one of ‘Britain's Top Employers’ for 2014. It’s great to gain recognition for our efforts to ensure our employees remain at the heart of our operations.

"As well as being an invaluable tool to help measure our commitment to staff engagement within LeasePlan, it also helps us set the agenda for further improvements in the future."
