NSL Services, which provides a range of outsourcing products to the public and private sector, has signed up to use 1link Service Network.

The company, based in Westgate, London, will use Epyx’s e-commerce platform to manage service and maintenance needs across its highly diverse fleet.

Elements of the NSL fleet include 320 motor scooters used for local authority parking enforcement, buses used to provide airport transport at Heathrow and Gatwick, and 400 care vehicles working in partnership with the NHS to deliver patient transfer services.

The majority of vehicles on the fleet are owned by NSL and leased without maintenance, which is managed in-house.

Chris Newton, accident and maintenance manager, said: “Our fleet is growing and diversifying quickly and we need a new way of managing key maintenance and compliance issues. Having looked at what is available on the market, we believe that 1link Service Network is the best solution for us.”

1link Service Network is now in used by fleets totalling more than two and a half million vehicles to process service and maintenance bought from around 18,000 franchise dealers, independent garages and fast fits.
