CCIA 2014: Maserati

Maserati’s plan to sell 400 Ghibli saloons as company cars are on track, according to the company’s corporate sales manager.

Graeme Jenkins told Fleet News that sales are on track and that lead times were holding at around three months.

And while the brand’s sales aspirations are modest, he said that using events such as Company Car in Action helped ensure the cars were in front of the right customers.

“We’re seeing completely new customers coming to Maserati for the first time as for the Ghibli we’re seeing conquest sales from all segments,” he said.

We also launched the Quattroporte with a diesel engine this year and while the numbers sold are relatively small, it’s all about creating awareness in the right areas.”
