Fleet Evolution has implemented a lite version of its car scheme which has taken customers from enquiry to launch in under a week.

By using WebEx Conference software, Fleet Evolution is able to host many of their preliminary meetings over the internet, lowering the distances its staff needs to travel to meet with clients face to face and in turn driving down the brand’s carbon footprint.  With all of the paperwork, admin and infrastructure set up online, the actual launch is then done in person on site, on the day.

In less than seven days, staff from Fleet Evolution can host meetings through WebEx to discuss the needs of the business, answer any questions the client may have and go through the rules and documentation of the scheme.  This implementation has major time saving benefits for the client, according to the company.

Andrew Leech, director of Fleet Evolution said, “Businesses often think that salary sacrifice schemes are complicated and cumbersome to set-up, but with our new Lite scheme that is not the case.  We purposely use WebEx to conduct online meetings with our clients, which helps us establish car schemes swiftly and efficiently and additionally lower our carbon footprint.

"However, no matter how small the customer, we always conduct our launches on site, even with the lite scheme – this is key to us and vital to our success as a salary sacrifice fleet provider.”
