Pearce Bros (Autorentals) signs up to use 1link Service Network

Pearce Bros (Autorentals) has become the latest major leasing fleet to sign up to 1link Service Network.

Epyx’s e-commerce platform is in use by most of the UK’s top 50 contract and leasing specialists for management of their service, repair and maintenance requirements.

With sites at Yate and Avonmouth, Pearce Bros (Autorentals) are the largest independent contract hire specialist in the Bristol area and employs more than 50 staff.

Sales director Dave Pearce said: “We are adopting the platform for two reasons.

“Firstly, we want to provide our customers with the ability to book service and maintenance online, and 1link Service Network provides an excellent way of achieving this.

“Secondly, we will use the platform to achieve a higher level of control over our SMR spending than would otherwise be possible, helping us to reduce costs through more effective policies.”

Karen Cottington, Epyx’s business development manager for 1link Service Network, said: “Pearce Bros have an excellent reputation in the contract hire and leasing industry and we are pleased to welcome them to the 1link Service Network community.”

1link Service Network is used by fleets totalling more than 2.5 million vehicles to process service and maintenance bought from around 18,000 franchise dealers, independent garages and fast fits.
