Alfa Romeo has added two new trim levels to its Mito range: Progression and Junior.

Progression is the new entry-level model, with on-the-road prices starting from £12,670.

Engines available are a 78hp 1.4-litre petrol (50.4mpg, 130g/km of CO2), a 105hp 0.9-litre Twinair petrol (67.3mpg, 99g/km), and an 85hp 1.3 JTDM diesel (80.7mpg, 90g/km).

Standard equipment includes Alfa Romeo’s Uconnect five-inch colour touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, vehicle dynamic control and tyre pressure monitoring).

Mito Junior builds on the specification of the Progression but adds 17-inch alloy wheels with a brilliant white finish.

Other enhancements include front fog lights, a sports rear bumper and satin-effect door handles with matching headlamp and tail-lamp surrounds.

This trim is available with the 0.9-litre TwinAir 105hp turbo petrol engine) and 1.3-litre JTDM-2 85hp diesel. It is priced from £14,870 OTR and £15,415 OTR respectively.
