Addison Lee is to launch Addison Lee Eco, which it claims is London’s biggest eco-friendly passenger car service.
With a fleet of 350 hybrid vehicles, the company says the service will build on existing environmental credentials, including winning the coveted Green500 Diamond Award twice and being voted Fleet News' Green Fleet Of The Year in both 2012 and 2013.
Joining Addison Lee’s fleet of 4,800 vehicles, Addison Lee Eco will sit alongside the corporate, VIP and international divisions.
Peter Boucher, chief commercial officer of Addison Lee, said: “After another strong year of growth the launch of Addison Lee Eco demonstrates our continued investment in green technologies and new service lines.
"Addison Lee Eco now has more than 350 eco-friendly cars that are in line with our premium credentials and offer the same quality service as the rest of our fleet. Addison Lee you don't have an answer for Úber , & you know it they are crucifying you all this service means that you'll be screwing your drivers even more than you are now , The drivers will soon see the light and move to Úber , and you'll still struggle to cover your work on Monday mornings.
