To help meet the increasing demand for its services and facilitate the company’s growth ambitions, five new recruits have joined Fleet Operations.

Tony Greenidge joins in a strategic role as account director. Previously, he was sales manager for large corporates at Arval, focusing on new business sales to fleets of 1,000+ vehicles.

Prior to that, he fulfilled a number of senior sales roles, including a successful three-year spell as head of sales at Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions. He joins the business with 15 years fleet leasing experience.

In response to an increased demand from both existing and new customers, three new customer service recruits James Macarty, Nicola Bennion and Kelly Worth have also been recruited, while Erica Floodgate joins the finance team focusing on invoice validation.

Founder and chief executive of Fleet Operations Ross Jackson said: “We are entering a very exciting phase in the company’s development and in response to unprecedented levels of interest in our outsourcing services this significant investment in resource is the first in a series of major announcements we expect to make during 2015.”
