Autoglass has announced that it has signed a new 10-year, £25m contract with IT services and solutions company, CSC.
Under the new and expanded contract, CSC will migrate Autoglass's IT system to an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform that will provide IT services in a variety of deployment models.
A comprehensive suite of IT solutions will sit within a seamless technology infrastructure, including enterprise service management, storage, cyber security, and application management and development. Autoglass says the new contract will simplify governance and enable an enhanced experience for it's customers.
Nick Cleary, technology director for Autoglass said: “Continuously improving technology, customer service and user experience is increasingly important given that many customers now prefer to use digital channels to communicate with us.
