Euro Car Parts opens new Londonderry branch

Euro Car Parts has opened its new Londonderry branch, employing 19 new members of staff, to strengthen its delivery service across Northern Ireland.

ECP has taken the 10,500 sq ft unit, at the Pennyburn Industrial Estate, on a 10-year lease. The new branch will have seven vans providing a 30-minute delivery service to the Londonderry area six-days per week, along with two deliveries per day into Donegal.

Derry City, Coleraine, Letterkenny, Donegal, Limavady and Strabane will have access to an on the shelf stock of over 12,000 parts, plus the availability of 43,000 parts via ECP’s Belfast Hub, which will supply the Londonderry branch three times per day.

Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia, chairman of ECP, said: “The new branch will give customers in County Londonderry a faster, better service with a vast on the shelf stock of parts.”

ECP is continuing its rapid expansion programme, investing considerably in new branches in strategic national and local locations to provide faster delivery times for its customers. Another branch in Northern Ireland is planned to open later this year.
