Fleet Evolution has announced the launch of free webinars on grey fleet, salary sacrifice and green motoring.

The sessions, due to begin on February 26, hope to answer questions such as, what is the real impact of the Government’s new rules on salary sacrifice car schemes? Does the grey fleet represent a Corporate Manslaughter risk or a manageable cost centre?  And which direction should firms take to be firmly with the green motoring agenda?

Running on alternate Mondays until the end of April, the programme offers fleet, HR and other line managers a great chance to catch up on all the latest developments in car schemes and green motoring without leaving the comfort of their offices.

Fleet Evolution’s managing director Andrew Leech (pictured) said: “Our previous webinar series was very well received by fleet and HR managers alike.

“This new series seeks to tackle some of the burning issues surrounding fleet that are currently perplexing fleet decision-makers and provide answers in a clear and concise way.

"They are free to view upon registration to anyone interested in these key areas of car fleet operation.”

The webinar programme is as follows:

2pm  The state of Employee Car Schemes following the HMRC review

Salary sacrifice changed following HMRC’s review last year but not necessarily in the way you would think.

This session will focus on the current employee benefits landscape, salary sacrifice and employee car schemes for general employees.

3pm   Effective grey fleet management

Grey fleet – risk or reward?

This session will focus on the real issues around the grey fleet, those privately owned cars used on company business, and what managers need to do to manage them more effectively, as well as outlining the strong financial returns good management can bring.

4pm  The ‘green’ motoring agenda

Many companies are still confused about alternative fuel vehicles, electric cars, green motoring and the future direction of mobility.

This session presents a great opportunity to learn about the current benefits of greening both your fleet and your employees’ cars from a Go Ultra Low status company.
