Day one of the three day, free to attend, Virtual Smart Transport Conference kicked off today at 9:15am (October 20) with Andy Burnham, Mayor of Manchester and transport minister, Rachel Maclean.

The conference, which is being held in association with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) on October 20, 21 and 22, features over 45 public and private sector speakers across eight sessions covering pressing topics facing the fast moving UK transport sector.
