Almost half (44%) of companies surveyed by Europcar would consider using electric vehicles to improve future business travel for their organisation.

The Europcar research also revealed that more than half (55%) of firms see using public transport as a key part of greener business travel. 

“It’s clear from our survey that environmental impact is a key concern for business travel managers,” said Ken McCall, managing director of Europcar UK Group.

He added the survey results highlight the importance of Europcar’s commitment to moving its fleet to 5% electric vehicles by 2020.
