Brake has announced the shortlist for its 2018 annual Fleet Safety Awards sponsored by Trimble Field Service Management.

Brake’s Fleet Safety Awards recognise the achievements of those working to reduce the number of crashes involving at-work drivers, bringing together fleet operators and suppliers to celebrate and share best practice in managing road risk.

Brake’s senior fleet officer Sarah Plumb said: “We would like to say a big thank you to all those who entered and wish the shortlisted individuals and organisations the very best of luck. We hope you can join us for what promises to be a fantastic evening.”

The road safety charity received an overwhelming high number of entries and now more than 40 organisations are in with a chance of winning one of 13 prestigious awards,

Trimble’s enterprise account director Richard Kent said: “Fleet safety is at the forefront of our agenda and we are continually improving our technology to make vehicles and drivers safer.

We need to ensure that the bar on road safety is always raised and we are dedicated to working alongside Brake and our customers to achieve this.”
