Allianz Partners secures three-year SsangYong partnership

Ssangyong Musso

Allianz Partners has announced a three-year collaboration with SSangYong Motors which will see owners benefit from a year’s roadside cover.

SsangYong Motors UK’s managing director Nick Laird said: “Allianz Partners already has an enviable reputation for providing quality roadside assistance and customer care, but they will also be looking to bring innovative ideas to the table to help us further maximise the SsangYong ownership experience.”

SsangYong Motors UK’s aftersales director Doug Lincoln said: “We are currently exploring with Allianz Partners the implementation of an extended roadside assistance, for those customers who want to continue to enjoy the peace of mind that SsangYong Assistance provides, after their initial new car cover expires.

"To bring added value to owners of older SsangYong vehicles we are also reviewing the merits of ‘Service Activated’ roadside assistance administered and operated by Allianz Partners.”

Allianz Partners UK’s head of major automotive accounts Ewen McNab said: “SsangYong UK is an exciting addition to the Allianz Partners UK automotive portfolio.

"Through this partnership, we will further enhance the SsangYong ownership proposition, building upon its already strong brand loyalty and customer retention levels.”
