An in-depth guide from Arval designed to support development of company car and van best practice is being made available to all businesses during Green Great Britain Week, starting today (October 15).

Normally, the document, ‘Minimising the Environmental Impact of Your Fleet’ is only available to Arval customers as one of more than 100 guides, videos and tools on the leasing company’s Fleet Toolbox, an online resource.

However, for a seven-day period, PDF copies will be provided free to anyone who visits the Green Great Britain page on the Arval website - www.arval.co.uk/green-great-britain-week.

Green Great Britain is a new, annual event created by the Department for Business designed to highlight the opportunities clean growth offers the UK and raise understanding of how business and the public can contribute to tackling climate change.

Shaun Sadlier, head of consultancy at Arval, said: “The issues raised by Green Great Britain need to be taken seriously by fleets of all kinds so that they can play their part in ensuring the sustainability of their operations.

“We have developed a wide range of guides and tools for our customers providing a resource they can tap into whenever they want and wherever they are. This information covers a broad range of fleet-relevant topics and environment-related subjects are certainly prominent.”
