Contract hire and leasing broker V4B, has launched a new website designed to improve customer experience and simplify the vehicle leasing process.

Developed and tested with customers at the forefront, several new features have been added to make the customer experience as smooth as possible.

Personal and business lease sections are now clearly highlighted along with a new ‘Eco Offers’ area which has been included to assist customers wishing to take up the increasing number of hybrid and electric vehicles on lease.

Customers can now search for any make and model direct from the home screen with special offers, updated daily.

Richard Boreham, managing director at V4B, said: “V4B has been trading for almost 27 years and to remain current in today’s market we are constantly evolving to provide the best experience for our customers, old and new.

“We’ve invested a lot of time developing the new website which hopefully reflects our dedication and commitment to the customer experience.

“We want to make the leasing process as simple as possible and the website is the first port of call for many of our customers. We hope the new site reflects our commitment to our customer service offering.”

To coincide with the launch of the new website, V4B has launched Trustpilot to collect customer service and product reviews via the website.

Boreham added: “We constantly receive positive testimonials from satisfied customers, so it was an easy decision to implement Trustpilot. Having the review icon on the website will enable customers to provide their feedback and will enable us to monitor and act on any comments received.”

The website will be updated weekly with topical and leasing news articles providing an informative hub for the customer.

Links are also available for customers wishing to lease vans, take out maintenance contracts, arrange short-term hire vehicles, discuss accident management or visit V4B’s social media channels.
