Airmax Remote is celebrating its fourth year of achieving all three ISO accreditations , having been awarded the new ISO 9001: 2015 (standard of Quality Management Systems) certificate.

The updated ISO 9001: 2015 standard considers the technological changes in the business during the last 15 years and recognises the development of requirements that could be dynamic enough to adjust when additional changes occur in the telematics industry.

It succeeded in changes in requirements that will enhance the customer’s confidence in the organisation’s quality management system (QMS) and help the organisation achieve intended results.

Airmax Remote’s managing director Richard Perham said: “Receiving the ISO 9001:2015 represents the third ISO accreditation that we have been awarded this year, and the fourth year of Airmax Remote receiving all three ISO accreditations.

“It also reinforces the message to customers and the wider market that we take compliance very seriously and that we can meet standards as they evolve which is important from a product design perspective.

"Given the pressure on the industry, we see these compliance certificates as an important pillar which underpins our business credibility and supports Airmax Remote’s growth plans."

In addition to this, Airmax achieved ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management). This framework helps organisations manage and protect their information assets so that they remain safe and secure. This has been especially important recently given this year has put an emphasis on data security higher up the agenda when procuring a supplier, especially with the introduction of GDPR in May 2018.
