TMC announces integration with Concur Expense

The Miles Consultancy (TMC) has announced the integration of its services with Concur Expense.

It means that TMC services are now available in the SAP Concur App Center, featuring its Mileage Track app.

Businesses using Concur Expense can log their business trips automatically via TMC’s Mileage Track app, which includes optional driving behaviour and occupational road risk services.

Each trip is checked, helping to ensure compliance with local market requirements and a company’s global policies, says TMC.

Once checked and agreed, TMC automatically sends an expense file into Concur Expense.

“We are excited to be integrated with Concur Expense,” said Paul Hollick, managing director at TMC. “It’s no secret that fuel cards and mileage claims are a significant unmanaged cost for most businesses, but we can offer businesses using Concur Expense a great solution.

“We help to ensure that only audited business mileage is reimbursed and fuel cards are managed and controlled properly, which saves companies on average 15.4% off their fuel bills.

“Our integration with Concur Expense will also enable us to increase client visibility, whilst reducing administration, and helping to ensure tax compliance for businesses.”
