BCA continues to extend its online sales programme, with the introduction of a new weekly evening sales event.

Following the successful launch of the evening sale, held on October 15, BCA is adding a regular Monday evening sale to the programme, commencing on October 26.

The sale will start at 17:00 and will feature stock from John Clark Motor Group and UKCGR Trade & Select.

Stuart Pearson, BCA’s chief operating officer for UK Remarketing, said: “We continue to enhance our online auction programme to meet the changing needs of our buyers in the post-Covid market, utilising the connectivity and efficiency across the BCA Group to provide more of the right vehicles to the marketplace at the right time.”

“We aim to make it even easier for our customers to interact with our online auction platforms and widening our scheduled sales programme means customers can buy stock when it suits their needs, with online auctions staged six days a week and two new evening sales every Monday and Thursday.”

BCA has transformed its Cinch business into an online retail platform, offering more than 4,000 used cars for sale with home delivery.

BCA said the first sale, held on October 15, offered a choice of 330 cars at a variety of age, mileage, condition, price points, with vehicles from UKCGR Trade and Select, Bristol Street Motors and Lookers.

The event generated a lot of pre-sale interest with nearly 14,000 online catalogue views and nearly 300 bidders participating, said BCA.

Pearson said: “The activity through our fixed price BCA Buy Now channel and BCA Bid Now timed auctions continues to accelerate as our customers recognise the flexibility and choice these channels deliver 24/7.”

“Currently all sales remain online only and we’re keeping close to the latest government guidance in order to protect our people, customers and suppliers.”
