Fleet contenders from Seat were strong performers at Company Car in Action, as demonstrators were put to the test at Millbrook Proving Ground over two days.

Company Car in Action attendees racked up the miles behind the wheels of the latest Seat products, including the Leon ST Cupra 280 and the four-wheel drive Leon X-Perience which made their Company Car in Action debuts this year.

The Leon ST Cupra 280 is capable of transporting its occupants and luggage to 62mph in 6.1 seconds, and returns over 40mpg on the combined cycle. The Leon X-Perience in SE Technology brings  off-road ability, with the 2.0 TDI 184 PS engine achieving a combined 57.6mpg and a CO2 figure of 129g/km.

The Leon Hatchback was available in 2.0 TDI 184 FR Technology and 2.0 TSI 280 DSG Cupra form, along with the Mii, Ibiza FR supermini and Alhambra MPV.

Jason Coleman, national fleet manager at Seat said: “Company Car in Action is a fantastic opportunity to us to demonstrate the breadth of talent in our range of cars.

“The current Seat range has been enhanced further by the additions of ST Cupra 280 and Leon X-Perience. These are genuinely exciting vehicles that employees will look forward to driving.

“The appeal of Seat isn’t at the cost of environmental credentials however; with BIK ratings starting at 14% and emissions as low as 88g/km, fleet managers can rest assured that adding an injection of fun to the fleet won’t cost the earth.”
