Paragon Automotive has made two senior appointments to support the growth of its customers.

The company has appointed Nikki Dunnett as account development director and Ian Stephenson as product development director. The two will work with manufacturers to develop integrated supply chain solutions that combine new, in-life and used vehicle services.

Dunnett has worked in the automotive sector for over 15 years, most recently at Cap HPI, developing and delivering sales strategy within the fleet, contract hire and leasing sectors.

Stephenson also joins the business from Cap HPI where he was head of sales. He will be responsible for developing new products to support the growing PCP sector, broadening Paragon’s offer to both fleet and dealer groups.

Ian Carlisle (pictured), chief executive officer of Paragon said: “Bringing new talent into the business is an essential part of our growth strategy and supports our ability to offer truly integrated supply chain solutions to our customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle – from the docks, on fleet, to end of life refurbishment and remarketing - to help them sell more vehicles.

“Nikki and Ian’s RV experience is an area Paragon is supporting OEM’s with, by taking time out of the process and digital routes to market.

“Paragon is moving into an exciting period of development and these appointments are key as we extend our capabilities and services to ensure that we meet our customers’ strategic requirements in the growing UK automotive market.

“We have reshaped our business and restructured the sales and marketing department around our customers’ needs.”

The company has also appointed John Upson as account development manager. He will support the Volvo and Hyundai accounts and brings over 20 years’ experience in the automotive sector, most recently at Castrol UK.
