FCA Fleet and Business will stregthen its fleet operation with the appointment of fleet support agency ROI.

The deal will see ROI support FCA with a dedicated 30-strong sales team, including a team of field sales managers, experienced dealer coaches, lead generation, fleet support and a business centre.

Having been named Most Improved Manufacturer of the Year in the Fleet News awards, this move is part of a major investment to further develop, expand and enhance FCA’s corporate sales offering, which represents Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Jeep and Alfa Romeo.

ROI will focus on day-to-day sales activity, CRM and growing volumes, allowing the FCA team to focus on developing key relationships, strengthening offers and improving the customer experience.

Francis Bleasdale, fleet and remarketing director at FCA UK, said: “With the recent addition of new products like the Fullback pick-up, Talento van, Fiat Tipo and stunning Alfa Romeo Giulia, we now represent one of the broadest and most desirable product ranges in the marketplace.

“Our continued investment in our fleet services and the appointment of ROI is part of our strategy to make us the best in the industry and to ensure we become a manufacturer of choice for fleet operators and company car drivers.”
