Kia Stinger

Kia is updating the Stinger fastback with an updated design, higher-quality interior and new powertrain line-up.

It’s due to arrive in the UK before the end of the year, with specifications and prices to be announced shortly.

Visually, the new Stinger looks much the same as the old one, but benefits from updated LED lights front and rear. The taillights have also been extended across the width of the boot.

A new infotainment system with a 10.2-inch display will feature, alongside the introduction of digital instruments.

There is also a range of new materials and trims, including nappa leather, to enhance the interior.

Kia hasn’t confirmed what engines will be available in the new Stinger yet but did say details of its “new powertrain line-up” will be revealed soon.

The current Stinger has CO2 emissions from 179g/km, making it a less attractive fleet choice than rival cars such as the Audi A5 Sportback.
