Novuna Vehicle Solutions has signed a five-year deal with Fleet Procure to adopt its StockManager platform to handle tactical campaign stock.
The business said the move, which went live on July 1, will allow it to manage stock “more effectively and give brokers a more efficient and secure way of ordering and delivering tactical vehicles”.
The system can display real-time vehicle availability, simplified order placement and delivery management, full audit trails of orders, deliveries and dealership communications.
Other features include visibility on availability of cancelled units and the ability for brokers to integrate StockManager into their own customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
The deal sees Novuna migrate away from Google Workspace as its previous solution.
Sally Wildsmith, Novuna Vehicle Solutions tactical engagement manager, said: “Our tactical activity is increasing and we need a dedicated solution in order to manage our tactical campaigns.
“With increased stock controls and reporting requirements, we wanted to implement a longer-term, secure solution.”
The platform will handle Novuna tactical deals and associate-introduced tactical deals that Novuna commits to fund.
Wildsmith added: “The StockManager platform allows us visibility of sold and available stock, an overview of how a campaign is performing and instant reporting on our stock and liability.
“By automating the order to delivery journey, we can easily identify the status of each order which will reduce our manual interactions with dealers and allow the team to focus on attracting and securing new tactical opportunities.”
