Jaama has appointed Nigel Goodger as its new customer services manager and boosted its client support team with the recruitment of Paul Parkes.
Goodger replaces Bob Leighfield, who has retired from Jaama.

He said: “My main objective is to ensure that the quality and levels of service that we provide to all customers exceeds expectations. I will be working closely with the customer services team and other areas of the business to ensure that our processes, governance and compliance levels provide the core foundations of the required service delivery model.”
Parkes has joined Jaama with a lengthy IT career behind him including spells in the public and private sectors as well as running his own IT business, notably supporting and testing highly bespoke software for the television and film industry.
Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “Due to our innovative product and market leading position, we continue to attract high calibre staff. As organisations across the public and private fleet sectors continue to adopt and reap the benefits of Key2 fleet software we continue to strengthen our support team.
