Jaama has appointed Nigel Goodger as its new customer services manager and boosted its client support team with the recruitment of Paul Parkes.

Goodger replaces Bob Leighfield, who has retired from Jaama.

Goodger, an experienced target driven operations/service delivery manager, has joined Jaama having worked for 25 years for Birmingham City Council and outsourcing solutions specialist Capita in a number of key roles embracing customer service, business relationship management incorporating account growth and business development, and service delivery.

He said: “My main objective is to ensure that the quality and levels of service that we provide to all customers exceeds expectations. I will be working closely with the customer services team and other areas of the business to ensure that our processes, governance and compliance levels provide the core foundations of the required service delivery model.”

Parkes has joined Jaama with a lengthy IT career behind him including spells in the public and private sectors as well as running his own IT business, notably  supporting and testing highly bespoke software for the television and film industry.
