Cap HPI has strengthened its insurance division with the appointment of Scott Chandler as strategic account manager.

Chandler is promoted to the role after four years with the business. He previously held management roles with Allstar and Arval.

He will lead the company’s growth in the insurance sector as it rolls out a number of new products in the coming months.

Chris Wright, sales director at Cap HPI, said: “Scott brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He will lead the roll out of new data assets into the sector and use innovative new technology to solve problems for clients.

“He will also work with Audatex and Carweb, as part of our parent group Solera, to develop a comprehensive offer.”

Cap HPI works with companies across automotive manufacturing, retailing, finance, insurance and fleet sectors. It provides decision support data and software solutions spanning vehicle valuation, validation, collision, mechanical repair, and total cost of ownership.
