Vehicle Consulting managing director Simeon Briggs has announced his retirement and succession by co-owner Lee Wolstenholme.

Briggs co-founded the company 18 years ago and experienced record growth in 2016, seeing an expansion and relocation to Stockport.

Wolstenholme has assumed overall control and leadership. He is joined at board level by business development manager Craig Davy.

His main duties will include heavy fleet involvement and shaping the brokerage’s overall strategy and success, while Davy will lead significant, current and future projects to completion.

“With a number of our team having been with us for a considerable time, Simeon’s retirement for personal reasons is a very poignant moment for many of the Vehicle Consulting family.

"Each one of us wishes Simeon the very best for the future and is keen to continue growing the business he founded and has been instrumental in building”, said Wolstenholme.

“For our clients, suppliers and other stakeholders it is very much ‘business as usual’ for Vehicle Consulting and I am looking forward to working ever more closely with Craig in taking our firm to the next level.”
