BCA appoints a new international finance director

BCA has appointed David Banks as finance director of its international operations. 

Banks will support Jean-Roch Piat, CEO of BCA Europe, and the wider international BCA management team in driving the development of the business across Europe. He will report to BCA chief financial officer, Tim Lampert. 

Banks joins the business from Smith & Nephew where he brings a wealth of experience in managing remote finance teams across both Europe and Latin America. He is a CIMA qualified accountant with a record of working as a commercial business partner.

Commenting on the appointment, Tim Lampert, CFO of BCA Marketplace, said: “David joins our international operations at an exciting time in their development as the business drives growth across Europe. 

“David brings a great deal of experience in adding value to a high growth business and supporting management teams.”

BCA is Europe’s largest vehicle remarketing company, selling more than 1.3 million vehicles annually and operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy and Sweden.
